Returns

We accept returns only if the parcel has not been opened or tampered with.

Once the seal of the product is broken or the parcel has been opened, we cannot accept returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.

To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds

If your return request is approved, we will process a refund after deducting 10% of the order value as courier and handling charges.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after receiving and verifying the returned parcel.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items

In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with proof (photo/video), and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
